Pet friendly rentals in Oregon make traveling away from home that more desirable. Nobody wants to leave their pups out of the adventure, especially to a cozy cabin on the Oregon Coast or a secluded forest. Pick from one of thirty personally recommended cabins that I have done the research on so you don’t have to!
As an Oregonian for a decade now, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at dog friendly rentals with my two dogs. I have an ever-growing list of places that I want to stay with them, which I will include here. On this blog post I include hotels, cabins, and houses to rent! Keep in mind that summer in Oregon is the busiest for tourism-so plan at least 6 months in advance for the more popular spots.
I am always happier when my dogs get to enjoy the incredible cabins that I stay in! Especially on the pet friendly vacation rentals on the Oregon Coast-my dogs are truly happiest there. To make it easier, I am going to separate the cabins by areas that I love visiting: Oregon Coast, Bend, and Mount Hood area. Keep in mind that these cabins are in no particular order!
Finding Pet Friendly Rentals
How do I find pet friendly rentals in Oregon? If you are browsing AirBNB or VRBO, make sure you have your “pet friendly” box checked. If I find a cabin I like on social media, I try to save it on my favorites so when my trip planning is near, I have an extensive list to choose from.
It’s important to note, that when booking rentals with your dog, be sure to message the host first or read the description. Some might have rules on weight, and if you have more than one dog they may not allow it, or charge extra. It’s better to know ahead of time before booking to make your stay as smooth as possible!
