Cozy rentals in the PNW is my favorite way to get through the rainy season.
Staying in unique property rentals like cabin and treehouses is a fun way to spend winter in the Pacific Northwest. Whether you are a local or plan your trip around your booking date, I encourage you to book places far in advance so you can stay in bucket list rentals. Many of the rentals I will share book out months and sometimes years-and for good reason. Booking one of these stays for a romantic getaway, content trip, or a best friend stay are some of the reasons I love to elevate my cooler months. Of course some of these properties would be lovely in summer, but I find it easier to score weekend date in the off season.
Plus nothing is better than sitting in a warm cabin after a hike in the rain.
If you are into rustic glamping or an elevated cabin experience, keep in mind some of these locations might not all have flushing toilets, heat, or even power. You can always inquire with the property owner before booking.
I often browse these websites and add places to my wishlists: Hip Camp, VRBO, and Air BNB.
While I have not stayed at all of these properties, this is what I have researched and have saved on my list of ever growing dreamy PNW escapes. I have quite the bucket list of rentals I want to stay at, so I’ve compiled this for you so we can enjoy them together. Let’s get into it!
